Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fabrication Operator 1 to join our team at Wenger Mfg LLC in Sabetha, KS. This is a full-time position with the shift from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
- Ability to read and understand work orders
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:
- Operate fabrication machinery following established procedures
- Read work orders to determine production specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members and supervisors effectively
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery as needed
