Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate surface, cylindrical, or centerless grinding machines.

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications.

• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet tolerance levels.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to lift up to 50] lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of various metals and their properties.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
